The major bookstores like Borders or Barnes and Noble have hundreds of books and many sections dedicated to the occult, witchcraft, homosexuality, etc. I go to the bookstores and slide a tract like Doom Town inside a book on homosexuality or The Nervous Witch into a book on witchcraft. This way I am 100% sure of reaching the right person.

Three years in a row, my boyfriend and I have gotten seasons' passes at a local amusement park. We place tracts in restrooms, at telephone booths, on benches, tables and other spots throughout the whole park. We have passed out over 1,000 tracts this way. The same can be done at zoos!

The "flea" market is an excellent place to reach people with the gospel. I have a display of all my Chick tracts and invite people to choose the tract they want. All tracts are given away free of charge. For the children, I also give them a lollipop.
