BOLIVIA

Bolivia’s post advises that it has temporarily stopped all activities because of quarantine measures imposed by the government in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, effective through April 15.

GAMBIA

GEORGIA REPUBLIC OF

Georgian Post advises customers to expect serious delays in delivery of inbound mail due to staff shortages as steps are taken to reduce the risk of spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

GHANA

GRENADA

Grenada Postal Corporation advises that outbound and inbound mail delivery and other services will be affected by government measures to stop spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Guyana’s post advises that the government has required staff work on rotation in view of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This will directly affect all postal operations.

HAITI

HONDURAS

INDIA

IRAQ

ITALY

Italy’s post advises that it is taking additional measures regarding acceptance and delivery of parcels. The Italian Government has extended these measures aimed at minimizing the spread of COVID-19 until April 13, 2020.

JAPAN

Acceptance of international mail items by is being temporarily suspended effective April 2 until further notice.

KAZAKHSTAN

LESOTHO

MALAWI

MALAYSIA

Malaysia’s post advises customers to expect delays in processing, transportation and delivery of both incoming and outgoing international mail due to suspension of services, flight cancellations, airport shutdowns, and implementation of preventative measures to reduce the risk of spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

MALDIVES

MALI

Mali’s post advises that it will be unable to meet its contractual obligations, particularly those relating to quality standards, as a result of government measures to limit spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) until May 8.

MAURITANIA

In order to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Mauritania’s post advises that it is no longer able to send or receive mail items to or from other operators due to closure of the country’s air borders until further notice.

MAURITIUS

Mauritius Post has advised that all post offices nationwide remain closed until May 4, 2020.

MONGOLIA

MOROCCO

MOZAMBIQUE

Myanmar Post has stopped accepting international mail items until further notice to combat spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

NAMIBIA

PANAMA

PAPUA NEW GUINEA

Processing of all inbound and outbound mail will be subject to restrictions. This is expected to remain the case until the end of the pandemic.

PERU

PHILIPPINES

Domestic transport is suspended for the duration of the community quarantine imposed in Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon island, and several areas of the Visayas and Mindanao islands. The community quarantine, in effect through April 30, will impact operations.

QATAR

SIERRA LEONE

SOLOMON ISLANDS

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

SOMALIA

Suriname’s post advises that the country is in “lockdown” to reduce the risk of spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

SWAZILAND

SYRIA

The Postal Service has suspended mail service to Syria due to transportation issues.

TAJIKISTAN

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

TANZANIA

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

THAILAND

Thailand Post advises that the government-imposed state of emergency through April 30 may have a severe impact on service quality for international inbound and outbound services, and service delivery standards can no longer be guaranteed.

TONGA

Tonga Post Ltd advises customers to expect impacts on postal operations and quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail due to the government’s declaration of emergency effective March 20, 2020 for one month (period subject to extension).

TUNISIA

Tunisia’s post has stopped accepting international mail items until sufficient transport capacity becomes available due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

TURKEY

Due to measures imposed by authorities to limit spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), customers should expect delays for all other inbound and outbound postal items.

TURKMENISTAN

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS

Temporary Service Suspension — The U.S. Postal Service received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UGANDA

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

UKRAINE

Ukraine’s post advises customers to expect delays in the delivery of all inbound mail.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Emirates Post advises that it is required to take strict measures, due to coronavirus (COVID-19), aimed at minimizing human contact during both sorting and delivery. This will impact operations and, consequently, quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail at least until April 2. For this reason, service delivery standards cannot currently be guaranteed.

VANUATU

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

VENEZUELA

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

VIETNAM

Vietnam’s post advises that delivery of mail may be delayed and not follow normal service standards due to government measures to minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

YEMEN

Temporary Service Suspension — The U.S. Postal Service received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ZAMBIA

The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance because air and sea transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area.

ZIMBABWE

Zimbabwe Posts advises that it is suspending all operations, including acceptance and processing of all inbound and outbound mail, in compliance with a government-issued lockdown until April 19.
