Dear ones in Christ,

It`s difficult at times to face an issue when you know that feelings will be upset or frightened. But it has to be done. Like a surgeon or physician having to tell a patient that he only has a few more days to live, it also causes concern about death, funeral arrangements, relatives, a lawyer, and a will.

On the other side, we have a pastor with his flock with a different issue to face.  It also concerns death, but in this case it involves eternity. If the pastor is a liberal, he`ll avoid touching on hell. Many pastors like that don`t even believe hell is real. But if he does believe in a literal hell, he may avoid it so he won`t offend his congregation and lose church members. But he will face a very serious problem at the judgment seat of Christ. He will have to give an account for not doing his job.

But that also applies to the rest of us. People laugh at hell, but it is a horror that faces every man and woman who is unsaved. Our job is to warn them, and beloved believe me, we do warn them in our little tracts. Each tract and drawing is bathed in prayer that it will impact the reader.

Some church leaders shoot down the passing of tracts, but the Lord doesn`t.  He is the One that raised up Chick Publications. He is the One that creates the stories.  He is the One that has made it possible for us to put out almost 800,000,000 tracts world wide.

Our job is to continue warning unsaved souls about hell and it is your job to put out at least three tracts a day. That`s a thousand a year. We must! The night is fast coming when no man can work. (See John 9:4.)
