Women on Welfare Required to Work in Brothels.

By Jim Tetlow

"Germany is forcing poor women to work in the sex business or lose their benefits. Germany is undergoing welfare reform and one of the changes calls for women under 55 who have been out of work for more than a year to be forced to take any available job — including one in the legal sex industry. Already, a 25-year-old German woman — who will remain nameless for legal reasons — is in the crosshairs for refusing to be a prostitute. The woman said she will not take a job in a brothel even though she was directed to by the government. Now she faces cuts in her employment benefits. Daniel Weiss, media and sexuality analyst for Focus on the Family, said what Germany is doing is appalling. 'It seems absurd — absurd to the point of not being believable,' he said."

One would think that the above article would cause a global outcry. Yet, Satan has effectively numbed the masses to the growing lawlessness in society. Consider a few examples of the wicked trends that would have shocked our grandparents: Many schools now aggressively push the homosexual agenda. Euthanasia is now legal in several nations. Abortion, which was illegal in most countries 50 years ago, is now legally performed 50 million times a year. The Ten Commandments, the basis for our law and the bedrock of western civilization, are under attack everywhere. Morality surveys reveal that lying, stealing, and adultery are all on the rise. Sadly, moral relativism dominates. Despite these horrific facts, most people still believe that they are good, moral people bound for heaven.

How can we win souls to Christ who don't see their need for the Savior? The Bible provides the answer. By using the Ten Commandments, people see their need for Jesus (Romans 3:20; 7:7; Galatians 3:24). With this in mind, we are excited to announce the newest version of the convicting video — The Good Test. Using a reality-TV format, this video uses the Law to convict people of their sin. The new DVD is recorded in English and includes 13 subtitled languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, German, Italian, Finnish, Albanian, Croatian, Hebrew, Serbian, and Romanian!

Jesus predicted that iniquity and lawlessness would abound in the last days (Matthew 24:12). God's commandments would be disregarded and moral relativism would rule. However, as believers, we must not let our love for the lost to wax cold. Time is short and eternal souls are at stake! This video will give you a renewed love for the lost and provide a great outreach tool to show in any setting.
