The German government has chosen to protect the homosexual movement and its recruitment of young people by prohibiting the sale, display or distribution of this title in Germany where young people could find it. Homosexuals clearly saw that this Bible truth would make it more difficult to entice kids, and persuaded their government to forbid its distribution. As far as we know, the German government has not yet mandated that the 18th and 19th chapters of Genesis be removed from all German Bibles.
